Who is this program for?
Peachy Living is open to adults who need safe, affordable housing and are able to live independently in a shared home environment. You may qualify if you:
Are 21 years or older
Are an independent senior, veteran, or adult on a fixed income
Are currently unhoused or in need of transitional housing
Can live respectfully in a shared space
Have a steady source of income (SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, retirement, part-time work, etc.)
Are drug-free and willing to follow program rules
We also accept referrals from case managers, social workers, and other community partners.
