What's included in the rent?

Rent includes a fully furnished room (shared or private), access to common areas, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and basic household essentials. Select rooms may also include a TV.

Do you run background or credit checks?

We do not run credit checks. Background checks may be required on a case-by-case basis depending on referral source or program funding. We focus on second chances and overall fit for the home environment.

Do you have availability now?

Availability varies. We recommend completing the interest form as soon as possible so we can contact you with any current openings.

How do I join the waitlist?

Simply fill out the Interest Form on our website. If we don’t have an immediate opening, we’ll keep your info on file and notify you as soon as a room becomes available.
